Welcome to Luga. By using the app, you agree to these terms. For children under 16, a parent or guardian must consent.
1. What is Luga?
Luga is an educational app that teaches children ages 6 to 12 English and Iraqi Arabic through lessons, mini-games, and exercises. Provided by Creative Wiz / NGD Holding BV.
2. Account and age
The app is intended for children ages 6 to 12.
Children under 16 in the Netherlands need parent/guardian permission before creating an account.
By creating an account, you confirm a parent/guardian agrees with these terms and our privacy policy.
One person, one account. Do not share your login.
3. What we expect from you
Be respectful to other users (e.g., on the leaderboard).
Do not use offensive or explicit usernames.
Do not attempt to harm the app, servers, or other users.
Do not use scripts/bots to abuse the app.
4. What you can expect from us
We do our best to keep the app stable and secure.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime; maintenance may occur.
The content of Luga (lessons, vocabulary, audio, illustrations, code) is owned by Creative Wiz or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use the content without our written permission.
Progress data (XP, streaks) belongs to you — you may request an export via email.
6. Account termination
You can delete your account anytime via Profile → Delete Account.
After deletion: 30-day recovery window, then permanently removed.
We may suspend or delete accounts for serious violations of these terms, with prior warning where possible.
7. Liability
Luga is intended as a supplement to regular language education, not as a replacement. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (zero for the free version).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via parent email (if known) and post the new version here. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands.
